Pre-Order
Pre-orders are for products awaiting stock at our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse. You can order these items, and we’ll ship them as soon as stock arrives, typically on or close to the date shown on the product page.
Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped via NZ Post within 24 hours on business days from our Auckland warehouse.
- New Zealand: Delivery takes 1-3 working days after dispatch (often overnight for urban areas).
- Australia: Delivery takes 3-6 working days after dispatch.
- US, UK & Canada: Delivery takes 6-13 working days after dispatch.
- Free shipping on all subscription orders (NZ & AU).
- Tracking is provided via email upon dispatch.
Important Notes
- Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not order date. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., holidays) or due to customs for Australian orders. Our small team works hard to deliver your order promptly—thank you for your patience!
- Deliveries are typically signature-not-required, with NZ Post providing photo proof of delivery.
- For lost or damaged orders, contact support@nimbeau.com within 7 days of expected delivery.
