Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days and shipped via NZ Post from our Auckland warehouse.
- New Zealand: 1–3 working days after dispatch (often overnight for urban areas). Rural addresses: 2–5 working days.
- Australia: 3–6 working days after dispatch.
- US, UK & Canada: 6–13 working days after dispatch.
- Free shipping on all NZ & AU orders.
- We'll email your tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are awaiting stock at our Auckland warehouse. Order now and we'll ship as soon as stock arrives — typically on or close to the date shown on the product page.
Good to Know
- Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not the order date. Occasional delays can happen during peak periods, or at customs for Australian orders — our small Auckland team works hard to get every order out quickly.
- Deliveries are typically signature-not-required, with NZ Post photo proof of delivery.
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email support@nimbeau.co.nz within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll put it right.
